Quick answers

My progress disappeared.
Guest progress lives entirely in your browser — clearing site data, private windows, or switching devices starts a fresh slate. Signing in with Google keeps your best runs on the global leaderboard. If something vanished while signed in, write to us with your account email.
There is no sound.
Browsers keep pages silent until you interact — strike a key and the world should wake. If it stays quiet, check the keystroke sound and per-scene ambience volumes in Settings, and your system output device.
The scene feels heavy or slow.
Lower the motion setting in Settings — it directly controls how much the living scenes move — and close other heavy tabs. The quietest worlds cost the least; a laptop on battery-saver will also throttle the ink.
I can't sign in with Google.
Make sure your browser allows cookies for sumityping.com and try again. Sign-in is only needed for the global leaderboard — everything else works as a guest. If it keeps failing, tell us the browser and the exact message you see.
Where do I report a bug?
Same address — support@sumityping.com. Steps to reproduce it are gold.
Is there a desktop version?
The larger desktop edition — with the four premium theme packs — is arriving on Steam. The web game at sumityping.com stays free.
Purchases and refunds?
Nothing is sold on the web today — the free worlds are free, and the reward worlds are earned, never bought. The premium packs arrive with the Steam edition, where purchases and refunds follow Steam's own policies.
Questions about my data?
What we store and why is written plainly in the Privacy Policy. For anything it doesn't answer, write to the same address.
